I'd also like everybody to take a look at these rules, which were created to be a basis for empire building in a fantasy campaign, and were engineered for D&D in general and 0ed in specific.
I'd like to know if this would be an alternative system by which people might be willing to play an online campaign.

It's a yahoo group, so likely it would be in the Files folder for the members. Just a guess.

I wish they would use mediafire or Divshare for downloads. I dont need another login.
