I'm finally home from military duties, and talked with Matt Finch for the first time in months yesterday. I apologize to all of you for the delays. Please email me at centerstagehobbies@yahoo.com if you haven't received your refund at this point - I know there are a few left out there who ordered but have not contacted me as of this point in reference to their refund. You can also PM me here in the S&W forums.

I won't go into a lengthy explanation as to what has happened over the last six months, but will summarize. It's difficult to go into everything that contributed to this state of affairs, but here goes -

When I left, there were some family members well-versed in business and retail who volunteered to take over the site and fulfillment of orders until I returned, so that customers weren't waiting for their product while I was away for military training. Needless to say, despite their best intentions, orders have gone unfilled and refunds untendered. I have a sinking feeling their intentions were good, but the skills they assured me they had were not as I expected. Needless to say, I now have a website and shopping cart that has been deleted from our hosting server (and I am trying to reassemble everything from sketchy and sporadic updates) as well as product sitting here collecting dust. As of this moment, I have 9 different miniatures which were scheduled to be released for S&W and the 2nd Edition line sitting here waiting to be released. Two additional greens are in casting. All of these will be re-released soon, once these issues have been ironed out.

Center Stage Miniatures believes in delivering quality miniatures to our customers and providing superior customer service, and that hasn't changed. It does appear I have a mess to clean up before we "re-launch" in November and some concerns to satisfy. Please bear with me as I make things right here - if you have any questions, please shoot me an email at centerstagehobbies@yahoo.com or PM me here. If you prefer to talk in person, I will gladly PM you with a phone number if you'd prefer.

Thanks again for bearing with me through this crazy time. Rest assured this will NOT happen again.

Respectfully,

Matt S.

Just get in touch with Matt S at the email above. I don't know if he's got them ready to go yet, but he might.
